Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar & storage assets, focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, customers, and vendors.

Using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets, you will maintain service records, create POs, monitor work status, and resolve invoice discrepancies,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or comparable project activities.
• Experience in prevailing-wage environments and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track parts, vendor activity, and invoice documentation.
