Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative, Small Business Services in the United States to operate in a defined geographic territory serving 1–49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, HR, and benefits, and sell additional solutions to existing clients.

Daily you will cultivate relationships, set appointments, gather leads, assess client needs to present ADP solutions, and spend time in the field closing business.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, or Insurance Sales.
• Military experience with teamwork and client relationships is acceptable.
• A college degree is great but not required; skills matter more.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and reach sales goals within your geography.
• Develop a network of prospects and convert them to clients.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family with existing accounts.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and partners.
