Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Area Support I Representative to provide on-site customer service and coverage across multiple sites within the region. The role includes mail, copy center, reception, and inventory support at various client locations.

Candidate must have a HS diploma or equivalent and be able to multitask, communicate clearly, and learn new tasks. Flexibility for OT and potential driving between sites is required.

Formación

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Must be willing to learn new skills and work with new teams.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• OT may be required.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel between client locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform front office reception duties: greet visitors, answer calls, schedule rooms.
• Process Copy/Print Production tasks: prepare files, print, bind, and QC outputs.
• Handle Mail/Courier Services: sort, deliver, track, and respond to requests.
• Maintain File Room/Records: create, update, and monitor files and databases.
• Support Device Maintenance: basic upkeep and operation of reprographic equipment.
• Manage Shipping/Receiving: receive, log, and track shipments and inventories.
• Support Inventory Services: monitor inventory movement and conduct physical inventories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to cover at sites as needed.
