Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a versatile on-site associate to provide prompt, courteous customer service across multiple locations in the region. You will support copy/print, mail, receptionist, and file services while maintaining equipment and ensuring client satisfaction.

Role requires flexibility to cover various sites, work with minimal supervision, and occasional overtime. Compensation aligns with an hourly rate of $17.20–$23.37 per hour.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and site coverage across multiple locations.
• Handle front-office tasks: greeting, phones, scheduling, data entry.
• Assist with copy/print production, mail/courier, reception, and file services as needed.
• Maintain equipment, report issues, and respond to customer requests.
• Coordinate with account teams to ensure smooth transitions and satisfaction.
