You will handle front desk tasks, respond to client requests, track inquiries, and support various site services while ensuring timely, accurate service. This role requires flexibility to cover multiple sites, adjust to short-notice schedule changes, and collaborate with account teams to maintain high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine upkeep of equipment and monitor supplies.
• Coordinate with account teams to ensure smooth transitions and coverage.
• Attend cross-functional trainings to support multiple locations.
