Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Support Representative I, II, or III to provide on-site and remote support across client sites within the region.

The role entails visiting various sites to perform mail, copy, and reception duties, with heavy travel up to 75% and reimbursement of travel expenses. The position requires a reliable transportation option or driving record, and it offers a fixed hourly salary while serving as a temporary in-house talent pool for replacement and short-term

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years' experience in a mailroom or professional office environment.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide total customer satisfaction for internal and external clients.
• Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail and packages per floors and timelines; dispatch outgoing mail as required.
• Organize and distribute supplies; monitor inventory and maintain neat supply areas.
• Operate fax, scanner, and copy equipment; log activity and generate reports as needed.
• Assist with site setup, reception duties, and general administrative tasks.
• Learn and adapt to new office technologies and equipment as implemented.
