Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a versatile on-site Services Associate to provide prompt coverage across multiple sites within the region. You will support copy/print, mail, reception, shipping, inventory, and file services while delivering exceptional customer care.

Key duties include responding to client requests, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with account teams to ensure smooth transitions. This role requires flexibility, physical capability, and adherence to security and site

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring compliance with client policies.
• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt on-site coverage across multiple locations.
• Handle copy/print, mail, reception, shipping, and file services per site needs.
• Respond to customer requests and maintain equipment readiness and quality.
• Log and track inquiries, fulfill requests, and report activities.
• Possess basic computer skills and willingness to learn new tasks.
