Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Regional Safety, Health and Environmental Manager 2 to oversee occupational safety at assigned profit centers, implement safety policies, and communicate safety issues to the Safety Director. The role includes audits, training Safety Coordinators, and supporting incident investigations across multiple branches.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health (or related field) with 5+ years of SH&E experience, strong communication skills,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field; 5+ years in SH&E management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 75% and operate across multiple branches

Responsibilities

Oversee safety policies and programs across branches
Conduct safety inspections and audits per program criteria
Train and guide Safety Coordinators for consistent policy execution
Track region/branch performance and support annual SH&E plans
Assist with incident investigations and reporting requirements
