Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Regional Service Manager in the United States (New Jersey region). You will oversee Service Managers and technicians, drive operational excellence, and improve profitability through efficient maintenance programs and effective training.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years in field service or operations, plus strong communication, planning, and leadership skills. Travel will be required to support regional operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
4+ years of progressive field service or operations experience.
Excellent communication, planning, negotiating, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee and support Service Managers and technicians within a region to meet goals.
Develop and implement operations procedures to ensure timely customer repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance with solid margins.
Provide guidance, monitor training, and enforce company policies for operational excellence.
Improve service billing efficiency to at or above 75% and increase technician utilization to at or above 85%.
Address service and warranty issues promptly and engage with customers when escalation is needed.
Analyze profitability of planned maintenance programs and ensure training targets are met.
