Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Field Service Specialist to lead startup readiness, troubleshoot complex equipment, and coach field technicians across our MHE Solutions network. You will partner with site leadership to improve service performance and ensure operational excellence.

This role requires strong mentoring, hands-on training, and the ability to manage onboarding and field validation for new teams, with 50–75% travel. A focus on safety, reliability, and customer outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in material handling equipment service or related technical field.
• 2-4 years of supervisory or lead technician experience required.
• Proven troubleshooting of complex mechanical/electrical/ automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate startup readiness activities for new sites and manage budgets.
• Provide on-site technical leadership for facility startups and operational disruptions.
• Deliver technician onboarding, coaching, and field-based training.
• Conduct interviews and provide technical assessments and hiring recommendations.
• Support workforce readiness and process improvements across operations.
