Job summary

A leading logistics provider is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee U.S. hub and field operations. This key leadership position is responsible for managing hub managers, improving service quality, and driving operational efficiency. Candidates should have over 7 years of management experience in logistics, with strong skills in KPI analysis and team leadership. This role requires a commitment to quality and safety across all operations, as well as a willingness to travel nationally.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of management experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution.
• Experience managing multiple hubs, warehouses, or sites.
• Experience in large appliance logistics or last-mile delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support multiple hub managers and their teams across the U.S.
• Track and improve KPIs such as On-time Delivery and Inventory Accuracy.
• Ensure all hubs follow standard operating procedures and maintain quality.
