Job summary
Kenco Logistics is seeking a Field Service Specialist to act as a senior technical resource across the MHE Solutions network. You will lead site startups, address operational disruptions, and guide workforce readiness initiatives while coaching technicians and partnering with leadership to drive performance and safety.
This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, advanced field coaching, and strong collaboration with Operations Managers to optimize service delivery and ensure operational
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred in related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in material handling equipment service or related technical field.
- 2-4 years of supervisory or lead technician experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate startup readiness activities for new sites, track budgets, plan resources, report to leadership.
- Monitor startup expenditures, ensure budget compliance and provide reporting and recommendations.
- Facilitate technician onboarding and field-based training with L&D and leadership.
- Participate in technician interviews and provide assessments and hiring recommendations.
- Provide on-site technical leadership for startups, disruptions, and staffing needs.
