Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Field Service Specialist to provide expert support for facility startups, operational disruptions, and workforce readiness across the MHE Solutions network. You will act as the primary escalation point for complex equipment issues and lead field-based coaching for technicians.

Travel 50-75% is required. You will collaborate with Operations leadership to improve service performance, safety, and operational efficiency while upholding Kenco's standards and KOS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate startup readiness activities for new sites, including budget tracking and resource deployment.
• Monitor startup expenditures and report to leadership with recommendations.
• Onboard technicians and deliver field-based training in partnership with L&D.
• Participate in technician interviews and provide technical assessments.
• Assess technical proficiency during onboarding and provide feedback to leadership.
• Provide recommendations on workforce readiness and process improvements.
• Provide on-site technical leadership for startups, disruptions, and staffing needs.
• Act as escalation point for complex equipment and system issues with advanced troubleshooting.
• Deliver hands-on coaching and training on field service processes and Kenco Konnector program.
• Collaborate with managers to optimize field support deployments and efficiency.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through expert technical support.
