Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Field Service Specialist to serve as a senior technical resource across the MHE Solutions network. You will provide field-based coaching, onboarding support, and escalation for complex equipment and systemic issues at customer sites.

The role emphasizes startup leadership, operational readiness, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on safety and service performance. Expect substantial travel to regional sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in material handling equipment service or related technical field.
• Supervisory or lead technician experience preferred; coaching skills a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate startup readiness activities for new sites with budget tracking.
• Provide on-site leadership during startups and disruptions, ensuring equipment readiness.
• Coach technicians, onboard staff, and participate in interviews and assessments.
• Identify process improvements and support field service improvements across regions.
• Travel 50-75% to support field deployments and customer sites.
