Job summary
Kenco Logistics seeks a Field Service Specialist to serve as a senior technical resource across the MHE Solutions network. You will lead field startups, assist with disruptions, coach technicians, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and reliability of equipment.
You will partner with Operations leaders, provide on-site supervision, and help scale service capabilities through training and technical guidance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- 5–8 years in material handling equipment service or related technical field.
- 2–4 years of supervisory or lead technician experience.
- Proven troubleshooting of complex mechanical/electrical/ automated systems.
- Experience training or mentoring others in technical environments.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; ability to set up an iPad.
- Certified forklift operator trainer.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate readiness activities for new site startups and budgeting.
- Provide on-site technical leadership for startups and disruptions.
- Coach and onboard technicians; conduct technical assessments.
- Partner with leaders to identify workforce readiness and efficiencies.
- Deliver training and field validation; support service performance improvement.
