Job summary
Kenco Logistics is seeking a Field Service Specialist to act as a senior technical resource across the MHE Solutions network. You will lead field-based training, onboarding, and advanced troubleshooting for complex equipment and systems, partnering with operations leadership to drive performance and continuous improvement.
You will serve as the escalation point for critical issues, mentor technicians, and help ensure safety, reliability, and service excellence across multiple facilities, with
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred in Industrial Maintenance or Electrical Technology.
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
- Experience training and mentoring others in technical environments.
- Strong knowledge of business systems and technology platforms.
- Experience as a trainer or lead technician preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate startup readiness activities for new sites and track budgets.
- Provide on-site technical leadership for facility startups and disruptions.
- Coach technicians and deliver training programs in partnership with L&D.
- Perform technical assessments and provide hiring recommendations.
- Support workforce readiness and process improvements with leadership.
