Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region. This role focuses on supporting small to medium-size customers and managing distribution within the market.

You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers. You will generate leads, define sales territories, manage sales analytics, provide technical solutions to customer challenges, and engage through face-to-face, phone, or email.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian PO2/Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and guide decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
