Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to manage the distribution and build strong customer relationships. The role emphasizes generating leads, defining sales territories, and delivering technical solutions through multiple channels.

Responsibilities include expanding the account portfolio, forecasting with Production and Supply Chain, and negotiating pricing strategies while collaborating across functions to drive customer experience (CX) results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop sales plans with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales plans and make data-driven decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
