Zusammenfassung

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to support small/medium customers, manage distribution, and engage with large accounts. You will lead sales analytics, define territories, and generate leads through multiple channels.

You will also coordinate with Production and Supply Chain, drive volume and value, and negotiate pricing strategies in line with Dow’s goals. Regional focus may be broad or specific by segment.

Qualifikationen

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship is available.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand the network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform new product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
