Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth across small to mid-size accounts and manage distribution within the market. You will develop and execute sales plans, engage across multiple channels, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Develop sales plans in coordination with marketing and other functions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical solutions and build relationships with key influencers.
