Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution, while engaging large accounts and coordinating across functions. You will drive leads, define territories, and deliver sales analytics and technical solutions through multiple channels.

Responsibilities include developing sales forecasts, negotiating prices, and collaborating with Production and Supply Chain to meet volume and value targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand networks within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan across functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform new product development.
• Lead negotiations and price strategy development aligned with business goals and regulatory considerations.
