Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers in the Pacific Northwest and manage distribution. You will work with large accounts, handle non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers across channels.

Responsibilities include lead generation, defining territories, sales analytics, and providing technical solutions. Regional scope may vary, with occasional global engagement depending on alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and develop pricing strategies aligned with goals.
