Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region, focusing on small to mid-size customers and distribution management. You will generate leads, define territories, manage sales analytics, and provide technical solutions across multiple channels.

You will collaborate with production and supply chain to develop forecasts and price strategies, building strong relationships at various levels of customer organizations and driving volume and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
