Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest region. The role includes leading leads, defining territories, and delivering technical solutions via face-to-face, phone, or email interactions.

You will collaborate across functions to execute the sales plan, forecast demand with Production and Supply Chain, and build strong senior-level relationships to win market share.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• United States work eligibility without visa sponsorship.

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop the plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and analyze data for decisions on new products.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals while considering regulations.
