Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution, while engaging large accounts and driving growth. You will lead lead generation, define sales territories, and coordinate sales analytics to inform strategy.

You will collaborate across functions to deliver customer experience results, negotiate pricing, and develop solutions that meet customer challenges through multiple communication channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans with cross-functional alignment.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
