Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest region is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to manage distribution for small to mid-size customers and engage with large accounts.

You will lead lead generation, define territories, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions across multiple channels. The role requires strong customer relationships, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to develop sales forecasts and price strategies aligned with Dow’s goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent at or above a U.S. E5/Canadian rank is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions on new products.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals while considering legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
