Dow Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to manage distribution and large accounts in the Pacific Northwest region. You will lead market-facing activities, develop opportunities, and drive cross-functional collaboration to meet volume and value targets.

You will build strong customer relationships, analyze market data, and execute sales plans across channels while coordinating with production and supply chain teams to forecast demand and optimize outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organization levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Leverage market intelligence to shape sales strategy and product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
