Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth with small to medium customers and manage distribution.

You will engage large accounts, shape sales analytics, and provide technical solutions while coordinating cross-functionally to meet volume and value targets. The role emphasizes building relationships, defining territories, and developing price strategies within Dow’s processes and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales strategy.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver CX results.
