Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support the Pacific Northwest region, focusing on small to medium customers while managing distribution. The role also covers large accounts, non-selling processes, and building strong influencer relationships.

You will generate leads, define territories, manage analytics, and provide technical solutions via multiple channels. Regional scope may vary by business alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align to marketing plans with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
