Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the market. The role involves leading lead generation, defining sales territories, and delivering tech-enabled solutions across channels.

You will build strong relationships with key influencers, drive sales analytics, and coordinate with Production and Supply Chain to forecast demand and shape the sales plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at/above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, deliver volume and value; align plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and analyze market data to inform product development.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
