Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to drive growth with small to mid-size customers while managing distribution and supporting large accounts.

You will identify opportunities, define territories, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions through multiple channels — face-to-face, phone, and email. Relocation is not offered, and a US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand the network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions on product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
