Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution within the market. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience (U.S. E5 or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales or related field.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships across multiple levels within the organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans; deliver volume and value; align with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to shape sales strategy and new product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
