Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution within the market.

You will also work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers. Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, managing sales analytics, and delivering technical solutions to customer challenges through face-to-face, phone, or email communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across multiple levels within a customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and guide decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals while considering legal and regulatory factors.
