Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Pacific Northwest by managing distribution for small to mid-size customers and engaging large accounts.

You will lead lead generation, define sales territories, forecast with production and supply chain, and develop price strategies across multiple channels. Successful candidates will have strong commercial acumen, 3+ years of experience, and fluency in English, with a proven ability to build relationships and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
