Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to grow our small and medium-sized customer base while managing distribution and supporting large accounts.

You will lead lead generation, define sales territories, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions through multiple channels, including in-person, phone, and email. The role requires building strong customer relationships, developing sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, and collaborating

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a US E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value, aligning with the marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence to shape the sales plan.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals and Dow processes.
