Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small and medium-sized customers and manage distribution within the market.

You will lead lead generation, define sales territories, perform sales analytics, and provide technical solutions through multiple channels—face-to-face, phone, or email. The role may be regional or global, with responsibilities to expand the account portfolio, develop forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, and collaborate across functions to deliver CX

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and network across customer’s org levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with business goals and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
