The role focuses on lead generation, territory definition, sales analytics, and delivering technical solutions through multiple channels. You will collaborate with production and supply chain to forecast demand, negotiate pricing, and expand Dow’s market presence regionally, with opportunities to influence global strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within the organization.
• Execute sales and marketing plans, delivering in volume and value; develop the sales plan with the marketing team.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
