Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution in the market. The role covers large accounts, non-selling processes, and cross-functional collaboration to drive volume and value.

You will generate leads, define sales territories, and provide technical solutions through multiple channels, including face-to-face, phone, and email. Relocation is not offered for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across levels in customers’ organizations.
• Execute sales and marketing plans to deliver volume and value; align sales plans with marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales strategies and decide on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies compliant with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
