The role includes engaging with large accounts, handling non-selling processes, and building relationships with key influencers through face-to-face, phone, or email interactions. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, forecasting with Production and Supply Chain, and delivering value through market intelligence, price strategy, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalence required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network at different levels within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans and analyze data for decisions on new products.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies in line with business goals and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
