Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales plans and guide product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
