Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution within the market.

You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers through multiple channels. Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, managing analytics, and delivering technical solutions to customer challenges.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; develop plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals and compliance.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
