Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium-size customers, manage distribution, and engage with large accounts.

You will lead lead generation, define sales territories, provide technical solutions, and collaborate across functions to meet volume and value targets. You will develop forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, negotiate pricing, and build strong relationships with stakeholders through multiple channels, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver volume and value; align with marketing plans with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and analyze data for decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
