Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. The role focuses on supporting small to mid-size customers, managing distribution, and engaging large accounts.

You will lead negotiations, define sales territories, and provide technical solutions via face-to-face, phone, or email interactions. The position emphasizes building strong relationships across levels, delivering volume and value, and collaborating with Production and Supply Chain to forecast and plan.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered.

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop plans aligned to marketing goals.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
