Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution across the Pacific Northwest region.

The role involves engaging large accounts, guiding non-selling processes, and building relationships with key stakeholders through face-to-face, phone, and email channels. You will generate leads, define sales territories, provide sales analytics, and develop price strategies while coordinating with Production and Supply Chain to forecast demand and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience; US work eligibility.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align sales plans with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
