Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support the Pacific Northwest region, focusing on small to mid-size customers and distribution management. You will also engage with large accounts, manage non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers across multiple channels.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, forecasting with Production and Supply Chain, and negotiating price strategies. This role may involve regional and global scope depending on alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; coordinate plans with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
