Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to support small to medium-size customers, manage distribution, and collaborate with large accounts.

The role emphasizes generating leads, defining sales territories, and delivering cross-functional insights through data-driven sales analytics. The position involves building strong customer relationships, executing strategic sales plans, and coordinating with Production and Supply Chain to forecast demand and optimize pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market data to shape sales plans and decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
