Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to support small-to-medium customers and manage distribution. You will also engage large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers across functions.

Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, delivering sales analytics, and negotiating price strategies aligned with Dow goals. Collaboration with Production and Supply Chain is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand the network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Leverage market intelligence to shape the sales plan and guide product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
