Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small-to-medium customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest. You will develop leads, define territories, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions across channels—face-to-face, phone, or email.

You will build strong relationships with influencers, coordinate with production and supply chain, and lead price strategy discussions. Regional and occasionally global scope may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at/above US E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship; no green-card assistance.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to define sales territories and execute sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships across multiple levels within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop forecasts with production and supply chain.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
