Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. The role focuses on supporting small to mid-size customers, managing distribution, and building relationships with influencers.

You will generate leads, define sales territories, and provide technical solutions across channels including face-to-face, phone, and email. Responsibilities include expanding the account portfolio, developing forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, and leading negotiations with price

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
