Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to grow our regional account portfolio and manage distribution within the market.

You will engage large accounts, handle non-selling processes, and build relationships across customer organizations. The role requires defining sales territories, delivering through multi-channel communication, and coordinating with Production and Supply Chain to develop accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities in the market.
• Maintain customer relationships across multiple levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market data to shape sales strategy.
• Lead negotiations and price strategy in line with goals.
